Many customers choose to visit our factory in person, but we understand that traveling to Dongguan isn’t always feasible for our global partners. Therefore, we offer live video tours—let us show you our production facilities, showroom, and offices in real time. We also provide free samples of any product you’re interested in, so you can verify our authenticity and commitment to superior quality for yourself.
Our in-house design team brings professional expertise to every project, enabling fully custom furniture designs tailored to your brand vision. Beyond customization, we’ll integrate your private branding onto both product packaging and the items themselves—ensuring your logo and identity are prominently featured. Most importantly, these bespoke concepts remain exclusively yours: we never reproduce or sell them to third parties, guaranteeing your designs stay unique to your business.
Yes, sample is available. Usually, we need 2 weeks to prepare, if the sample quantity you need is big, we need 3 weeks to prepare.
Our MOQ per product are 200 pieces. For the items we have in stock or regular items we produce each month, it can be lower. Please contact us for the exact item and quantity.
We usually ship the products to our clients by sea in containers. We accept FCL and LCL order. For 1 X 40 HQ container order, we need 45-50 days to produce. For LCL orders, it depends on the total quantity, usually need 35-45 days to produce.
Payment terms: 30% deposit before production, 70% balance agnist copy of the bill of lading.
We have designers who can offer you detailed assembly manual and each part of the product will be labeled with sticker, and people can assemble it with detailed steps.
Yes. We have professional designers and cooperative product shooting studios. You can use it on your webstore directly, with unique product pics, and don’t worry about getting a complaint. Generally, it will be charged $200 per item.
If you get loss because of quality, please just send us the quantity and the pictures. We will check and supply you with the new products free of charge for compensation.
